The market has taken a turn, buyers are fewer, inventory is up and we are seeing price adjustments. You are questioning, Should I jump on reduction band wagon?  The question is will it make a difference? This is a big question?  The question has no black and white answer.  You must look at: 1. Am I overpriced? Am I in line with past sales or am I high because everyone else in my neighborhood is in the same price range. We could be at a point where the public has a fresh memory of 2004-2007 and do not want to get caught in another overpay situation or be caught in a potential bubble. It is very important to be slightly above the past sales in your neighborhood for like kind properties and slightly below your competition . If you stay within those guide lines you should be ok. You will stand out among the crowd. You need to be priced well and show great!
